At Lunamoon Aesthetics, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a private, focused, high-level treatment experience. The following policies protect time, service quality, and scheduling integrity.
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies outline

All booking policies, service requirements, payment terms, cancellation rules, and pricing apply to all Lunamoon Aesthetics locations.
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct location when booking.
Travel delays, traffic, or booking errors do not alter policy enforcement.
All appointments require:
• A valid credit card on file
• A non-refundable, non-transferable booking fee.
• $75.00 non-refundable deposit required at booking
• $150 non-refundable deposit required at booking
Saturday appointments are premium, limited-availability bookings.
Deposits:
• Must be paid immediately to secure the appointment
• Are applied toward the final balance
• Are non-refundable under all circumstances
• Cannot be transferred to another date
If deposit is not received promptly, the appointment request will be declined.
Remaining balances are due at the time of service.
If you choose not to proceed with treatment at your appointment, your deposit will be retained as a consultation fee.
If a Saturday appointment is canceled for any reason after booking:
• The full remaining balance will be charged
• Client will be permanently banned from booking future weekend appointments
No exceptions.
Appointments are reserved exclusively. When you cancel last-minute, that time cannot be refilled.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in:
• Forfeiture of deposit
• 50% charge of remaining service balance
Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining service balance.

Clients who fail to show without notice will:
• Forfeit deposit
• Be charged 100% of the service balance
• Be permanently blocked from future bookings
Clients are responsible for selecting the correct location when booking.

Please arrive 10 minutes early.
Clients arriving 10+ minutes late will be marked as a No Show.
• Deposit forfeited
• Remaining balance charged
Appointments will not be extended due to lateness.
Plan accordingly for traffic, parking, and travel delays.
• First-time clients are not eligible for chemical peels or microneedling services
• Deposits are non-transferable
• If a new client cancels their first appointment, rebooks, and misses the second appointment, both deposits are forfeited and future bookings will be denied
Appointment availability within the same month is not guaranteed.
To protect treatment results and safety:
• Discontinue Retin-A, Tretinoin, glycolic acid, mandelic acid, or azelaic acid 30 days prior
• No waxing, trimming, or facial hair removal within 72 hours
• Laser hair removal must be completed 5 days prior
• No chemical peels from other providers within 30 days
Failure to follow preparation instructions may result in modification or refusal of service without refund.
No services are performed at any stage of pregnancy.
Clients must disclose all relevant:
• Medical history
• Medications
• Active skin conditions
Failure to disclose information may result in modification or cancellation of service without refund.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone presenting contraindications, repeated policy violations, or disrespectful behavior.

Follow-ups are courtesy appointments and subject to the same 48-hour cancellation policy.
Cancellations within 48 hours of a follow-up appointment will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
Virtual consultations include:
• Skin analysis
• Product review
• Customized skincare plan
• Access to professional product recommendations
If no treatment is performed following consultation, booking fee is retained as consultation compensation.
To maintain a focused treatment environment:
• No cell phone use during service
• No photography or video recording unless discussed prior
• No vlogging unless discussed prior
• Phones are not permitted on the treatment table
If a phone is used during service, the appointment will be immediately terminated and full payment will still be required.
Children under 12 may not accompany you.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Parking is not validated.
Clients are responsible for parking fees and arrival timing.
A street or area garage discount can be discussed prior to your appointment.
All sales are final.
No refunds.
No exceptions.
